Q: Can I start the program whenever I'm ready?
A: Strong & Shred officially starts 10th March, however you can start building your profile now.
Q: What kind of fitness equipment do I need?
A: If you're hitting a commercial gym, you're probably all set. If you're working out at home, here's the recommended kit:
Two sets of dumbbells (start with weights you find challenging but can handle)
One medium-strength super band
Two light/medium mini bands
A skipping rope
Q: I want to train at the gym and home can I do this?
A: Yes, simply private message cherie in the app to receive both.
Q: Are my meal plan & macros personalised?
A: Your meal plan and macros are definitely personalised for you! We take the information you share in your profile to create a plan that hits your specific goals. On top of that, your meal plan offers flexibility. You can swap out meals for other options, as they fit within your customised macro targets. This way, you get delicious, personalised nutrition that fits your preferences.
Q: How much support will I have along the way?
